The chapel is located very close to the house on the Kraushaar farm in Deutmecke. It was constructed in
1690 and has always been used for Baptisms, funeral prayers etc.

In the above photograph taken in 1925 the Kraushaar farm lies in the forground with the chapel toward the right.
The photo below was taken from a slightly different angle in 1900, again with the chapel to the right. These photos are an
important part of Kraushaar heritage.
